Call for Participation: FEATHER-2025 is open for attendees, Poster Presentations, and Research Talks. All interested candidates are asked to thoroughly read the eligibility criteria before they go ahead with their application. Candidates are encouraged to complete the application process and submit all required information on time to ensure consideration for participation.

FEATHER-2025 welcomes participants from a broad spectrum of backgrounds; B.E/B.Tech, PG/Master's, Doctorate, or equivalent programs, academicians, industry professionals, or equivalent programs.
Preference will be given to applicants whose work aligns with the Thermal Engineering/Energy/Chemical Engineering or current THEME of FEATHER-2025.

Scholars in advanced stages of their PG/Master's, Doctorate, or equivalent research programs are invited to participate.
The poster presentations will be conducted in person, focusing on advanced research involving experimental and numerical techniques.
Literature reviews will not be considered for the current THEME of FEATHER-2025.

Scholars who meet any of the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
Candidates must be pursuing a Ph.D. and have completed at least three years of research.
Post-Ph.D. researchers are actively engaged in relevant work.
Literature reviews will not be considered for the current THEME of FEATHER-2025.
Eligible candidates for Poster Presentation/ Research Talk may cover any topic from the THEME of FEATHER-2025 which is a broad range of advanced thermal management techniques in engineering, including but not limited to:
Electronics Cooling
Battery Thermal Management Systems
Solar Thermal Systems
Boiling and Condensation Heat Transfer
HVAC Systems
Thermal Control in Aerospace Engineering
Phase Change Materials
Seats are limited, applicants are advised to complete the application process thoroughly and respond to acceptance notifications promptly and accurately.

STEP-I:
Applicants must complete their details in the provided Application Form and await notification of acceptance/approval letter from the workshop organizing committee.
STEP-II:
Applicants who receive the acceptance/approval letter must pay the prescribed registration fee through SBI Collect online no later than the registration closing date, 3rd October 2025.
STEP-III:
Applicants must furnish the fee details by completing the provided Registration Form and uploading the Registration Fee Receipt.

FEATHER-2025 aims to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange in transformative areas, driving innovation and progress in energy and thermal engineering. The extended version of the Poster Presentation/ Research Talk is planned for submission as a chapters for edited book to a reputed publishing house.
